26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?
what good would it be if someone only acquired earthly riches but lost their humanity in the process to sin and evil. gold and material possessions are temporary but forever is a relationship with Christ our Lord.
I ought to be sacrificing everything I have for god and for my relationship with him. it doesn't matter the discomfort of a career completely pursuing him and saving his children and working in constant danger and fear. he's there for me and ultimately it's most important if I can service him. and honestly its the same right now with the homeless shelter. keep going and have no fear because God will protect you and open doors such that you can share love with the women there.
just keep going and same on the daily mechanisms by which you can connect and fellowship with God.
